Please excuse me while I go all “Betches Love This” (marlo m/c style) for a hot second on Pippa Middleton’s new book. Some of you may have forgotten about this betch, so let me refresh your chic memories of the royal sister of the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton.
Although she has previously been called a butterface by Karl Lagerfeld and her backside in the Royal Wedding has so far been her biggest ASSet to date, Pippa has finally proven herself worthy of fame by publishing her new book: Celebrate: A Year of Festivities for Families and Friends.
Seriously, what better way than to bank off of the amazing shindigs she attended this year? Not to mention her parents are both in the party planning industry. Middleton said of her book, “I hope it offers welcome inspiration and ideas, most of which needn’t leave you alarmingly out of pocket. Entertaining on any scale can be stressful and daunting so this is all about finding ways to manage and enjoy the process.”
Coming from a domestically skilled baker and hostess whose skills are seriously plateauing from using recycled Pinterest recipes, I’ll definitely be picking up a copy. The book will be released on October 30 and has a retail price of $50. Although I’m guessing this betch isn’t going to be that insightful or groundbreaking, I’m pretty pumped to get a peak on what it takes to throw a royal bash. Or it might just be that I love anything with a Middleton name attached to it. Maybe this semi-royal book will distract everyone from Prince Harry’s nude photos scandal? Maybe…
